We ship The Wild Things merchandise and music worldwide directly from London, UK. Here is everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping costs, and international orders.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Orders
- Standard UK Delivery: Dispatched via Royal Mail Standard. Typically arrives within 2–4 business days from dispatch.
🇪🇺 EU Orders & Customs Information
Following the UK's departure from the European Union (Brexit), all packages entering EU member states from the UK are subject to local import VAT and customs handling.
- Import Charges: Depending on your country's local postal regulations, you may be contacted by your national postal service (e.g. DHL, La Poste, Deutsche Post, An Post) to settle your country's local VAT (typically between 19%–23%) plus a local postal handling fee before delivery.
- Direct Costs Only: We only charge you the direct cost of postage from the UK. The Wild Things does not collect EU import duties or courier admin fees at checkout.
- Delivery Time: European orders typically take 5–10 business days once dispatched.
🇺🇸 🇨🇦 North America & Rest of the World
- USA & Canada: Standard International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. USA orders under $800 are generally exempt from import duty.
- Rest of the World: Standard International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on location.
